By creating an account or purchasing access to Shred Guide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Shred Guide provides a fitness methodology, AI coaching agent, and progress tracking tools. The content is based on the personal experience of the creator and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

Nothing on Shred Guide — including the methodology, AI responses, or any other content — constitutes medical or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet or exercise program. You assume all risk associated with your use of this service.

AI Coaching Agent

The AI coaching agent provides responses based on the Shred Guide methodology. It may make errors. Its responses are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness guidance. We impose daily message limits to ensure fair use.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodology documents, and software are the property of Shred Guide. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Shred Guide is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
