Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Shred Guide subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the Subscription Management section of your profile.

Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period once a charge has been processed.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented you from accessing the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. Refunds in these circumstances are at our discretion.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Profile
3. Click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe portal
4. Cancel from within the portal
