What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide (name, height, weight, body fat percentage, goal body fat percentage). When you use the progress tracker, we store the weight and body fat entries you log. When you use the AI coaching agent, we store the messages you send and receive.
We do not collect payment card information. Payments are processed by Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
How We Use It
- To operate your account and provide the service
- To personalize AI coaching responses with your stats
- To display your progress history in the dashboard
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Conversation history and progress logs are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Third-Party Services
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Stripe — payment processing
- OpenAI — AI coaching responses (your messages are sent to OpenAI's API)
- Vercel — hosting and CDN
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
